Thought i need alot pushing in sutdying but seems another way round. Maybe i should join cheer leading or something.. Till the end is my food that is pushing me going on and on and on.. Yup and i put on 1.5kg and its going to be 67!!
Nov NAPFA coming and im gonna make it withing 11min of my 2.4km, 2.8+ for board jump, 50+ for sit up, sit reach 50+.. within 10sec for shuttle and 7 AT LEAST FOR PULL UP LA!! So hope on the road of tough training with me guys!~
