Guess i need to take care of my right knee now.. Felt a little uncomfortable when walking up the stairs but i thinks its okay.. Anyway its old injury when i crushed my knee cap during a game and i really hope nothing goes wrong this time..
But yesh maybe cant train my legs or running for this week or so but i still gotta catch up my pull up.. Hoping forward to go gym and train fast for there isnt any much time left.. FYP need to progress soon..
